Q:How to order?
A:Tell us the model and the quantities you would like to order and your destination.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:Sample order: within 1 working day (except holidays);
Wholesale order: small batch order 3 working days, batch order 5~7 working days;
OEM order: 7~15 working days according to different process and quantity.
Q: Can you accept you OEM or ODM?
A: We provide ODM and OEM service. You can design the box, and label it with your brand, we offer complete customization to fit your brand, include shape, size, color, performance, flavor etc.
Q: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: We can guarantee that it is the best quality product on the market with a very low defect rate. For any after-sales quality problems, provide evidence, photos and videos and so on, we will replenish.
After Sales Service
1, The e cigarette has 12 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
2, All the products are strictly checked before packinig, ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3, In case any defective occured during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order.
In case the defective is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4, Buyer is responsiable for the shipping of return and seller is responsiable for the shipping of resending replacements.
